Deer!

Not nearly as wonderful as the deer shots that come from Leisure Dr backyard, but this was enjoyable nonetheless.

Yannick often wants me to drive up "da big hill" in our neighborhood (Voss Ave).  The top has a great vista overlooking San Jose area.  Today, on the way down, we spotted a mom and baby deer eating their fill in a neighbor's yard.

We watched them for a bit.  The baby looked at us, ate, looked at us, ate, then finally bounced away into the woods.  The mom watched us for a bit then just ate and ignored us.  

It is always lovely to see deer "free and in the wild" as the WildKratts would say.
