First movie of the summer

This week's movie to start off the summer of $1 movies for the kids: How to Train Your Dragon.  A movie we all love!  What I don't love is how they do movies here.  In Evanston, they did them on Tu/We  only at 10am only.  Here, they do it 7 days a week, which is great.  Not so great is that they do it at 1pm and 3pm.   Smack dab during prime nap time.  Maybe they did that on purpose.  Granted, Yannick is the only one that naps any more.  So we will try both times...going to the 1pm one and keeping him up, and also putting him down early and going to the 3pm one.  Not both this week of course, but throughout the course of the summer.

Yannick ended up doing great.  He got up and walked around a bit, asked to go home a few times, was nervous when it got dark, but all in all was very easy.  Predictably, he fell asleep on the way home, which means I got to have the boys start their nap/rest time at 3pm!  Not too shabby!

next week we will probably try to have lunch with Art before the movie.  Darn job - pays for the fun, but keeps him from participating in it!
