Happy 3rd Birthday Wyatt!

How could Wyatt be 3 already?!?  Wasn't it just yesterday that Jake and Maddy were here visiting and everyone was calling Wyatt "Wybaby"?  It really does move too too fast!

Today is not only Wyatt's birthday, but the day of Zachary & Wyatt's combined Superhero & Star Wars birthday party!!  Big present day for Wyatt!

Unfortunately, Art had to make a presentation for the class he was asked to take with this new job.  That meant that Nana and I had to get stuff ready for the party and get it down to the park (Big Slide Baby Slide) by ourselves.  No small feat!  The cooler with drinks was HEAVY, plus all the decorations, stuff for a bubble station, stuff for sidewalk chalk station, party favors, light sabers, sports chairs, and Yannick in his stroller.  Oh yes, and it was the first day of 90 deg weather.  UGGH.  The party was from 11-1pm, including lunch from Papa John's Pizza at noon.  At a playground.  You would think it would be a totally brainless party, but it was so hot that none of the kids wanted to play on the playground part, and kept asking "what are we going to do now"??  Sheesh.  I said "You're 5, go play on the playground!!" :)  Big thanks to Nana who wore (and SWEATED) Yannick in his carrier so he would take a decent nap and I could enjoy/run the party!

Later that evening Wyatt got to finish off his birthday with presents and cake.  My camera died and I did not get pictures of that.  What a day!!
